Most help files are located inside your cPanel control panel and kept up to date as cPanel software is updated.
To get help on using any control panel feature, click the specific icon (e.g. "Change Password") and if the resulting page isn't already self explanatory, click the Help link at the top right of the page. A new window will open explaining the use of that particular feature.
