Customized Suspended Accounts Page

cPanel will display a suspended account page once you suspend an account. This page can be customized so that your branded page will be displayed instead of cPanel's stock offering.

Option 1: WHM Editor

  1. Login to WHM
  2. Click Modify Suspended Account Page under Account Functions.
  3. Make the desired modifications to the source displayed here.
  4. Once you're finished you can review the changes before saving by clickingPreview.
  5. Once you're happy with the page you can click Save to save the changes and the suspended page for suspended accounts.

Option 2: Upload Source

  1. Login to WHM
  2. Click Modify Suspended Account Page under Account Functions.
  3. Once you're ready to upload the new suspended page click Choose File under Upload Your Own Template.
  4. Select the file you wish to upload and click Upload Template.
