There are two ways to do that, one way costs $36/yr for the two dedicated IP's, and the other way, which works just as well is free.
In either case, you would tell us the nameservers you want set up and we can enter them into the configuration for web host manager so that accounts you set up will use them by default. The free method would be to set up the nameservers at your registrar and use the nameserver IP's that our nameservers use e.g. 206.212.253.50 & 206.212.253.51, (the actual IP's will be shown in your welcome email) and the other way would be to order two dedicated IP's and use those when setting up the nameservers at your registrar. Thats basically our cost for the IP's from the data center. Either way will work.
